I had emailed the dealership about this car. I asked if their was any issues and I was told it was inspected and ready to go. My brother in law drove an hour to look at the car and found it has a knocking engine.
Went to the used car department and received excelent help. They listened to me and was very courteous in every facet of the sale.
They set up a test drive for me very quickly and answered all my questions about the Impala. It was a very good experience.
Poor vehicle description. Salesman didn't care to help me although I had $10,000 cash in my pocket.
Very prompt with their replies to my interest. Hoping we can do business together in the purchase of an Impala.
