We drove 1 hour ( Fairfield to Miamisburg) to see this vehicle. The salesman ( Jeff) was very personable and professional. We test drove the car and ended up making an offer. The first sheet that came out had numerous "add ons" that brought the price up way up from what is listed on line. After I gave a counter offer and requested that the "add ons" be removed ( things such as $250 for part identity coding theft deterrent) they reluctantly REDUCED some and removed some. I was responded to immediately with an invitation to shop with a specific specialist and a follow up w mail came the next day. I did not shop with them but I was impressed with the effort put in.

I live 2 and a half hours away and drove here because they told me with no down payment I was pre approved and once I got there they then told me I would need a $10,000 dollar down payment! Would not recommend EVER!

Yes, they emailed me back and I went in for a test drive. Sales person was knowledgeable enough, but after test drive he left us sitting at his desk two different times for more than 20 minutes each. My nephew who was with me, took the time to go to their service counter to get a pricing on a part for his truck and he said it was 15-20 minutes before anyone waited on him. I only saw one or two other customers, they didn't seem swamped. Not impressed with the service at that point and they had dull pencils when trying to nego... read more

The salesman and sales manager were very rude. I drove an hour and a half to test drive the vehicle. The salesman apparently thought I’d buy the vehicle on the spot. He didn’t even come out to greet me while I was loooking at the vehicle. From there, the experience went downhill. When I called the manager the next day, he only supported his rude salesman.
