Everyone was courteous and the car we looked at was just as described in the add. We just were not able to agree on a price.

They were willing to help, but were slow to respond at some points. Never got back to me on my trade value.

No communication between salesman and service department. I had to initiate all communication and follow-up and never any offer of compensation for my troubles. Never purchase again from this dealer.
They got back with me.
Was the worst dealership I have to deal with, Knew nothing about the the truck and couldn't explain what was on the truck when asked what something was, they didn't know. Didn't care about the customer
No response at frist then "generic" response, not what I asked for. Done with this dealer.
This dealership is not for anyone looking for a deal or negotiation. I went twice to view vehicle, the first time no one took my name or even gave me a business card. The 2nd visit, (after I mentioned in an email that I was interested in car but no one gave me card) they didn't think I did my research and tried to convince me they were doing me a favor with there out-the-door offer. The salesman even brought the good name of Jesus into the offer.
It was probably the best car buying experience I've had. The salesman, Jesus, and financial guy, August, did a great job and spent quite a bit of time with me to close the deal.
