my husband had an appointment we had all his records sent from his gastro including the blood work which showed a few concerning situations. He totally ignored them and pretended he didn't have the records (blood work in particular) my husband described the pain he was and is still in and the doctor didn't even touch him.or palpate the area. We reviewed all of the patients current medical conditions, reviewed what records were available at time of his initial appointment and made attempts to locate recent lab studies which were needed in formulating a plan. We discussed your concerns with our clinical staff and take all patient complaints seriously and appreciate your feedback.
Dr. Olson and his staff are responsive, caring and kind. They remember me from visit to visit and are genuinely nice people who are there to help. They stay on top my prescription refills. When i message them through patient portal or call the office they always get back to me right away. Dr Olson and his staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Everybody performs their jobs with outstanding efficiency and courtesy. Dr Olson is professional and extremely thorough, he spends all the time necessary to address all your issues, without having patients waiting a hour and a half in the waiting room. I highly recommend Dr Olson and his practice.
Dr. Olson always takes time to answer all my questions. His diagnosis are 100 % accurate. I'm so grateful that the whole staff in his practice are courteous and professionals. The wait time us not more than 10 minutes.

Never again. Dr Olsen and Elaine are wonderful. I made an appt for my son to see the Dr. He was 5 minutes late and since they leave early in Friday they made him reschedule and I explained he needs this appt before he goes back to college. Cindy the receptionist and Gianna the office manager were not sympathetic to his needs at all. I would never refer anyone to this office again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Olsen for the last year and I am very pleased with him and his staff. The ladies in the front are very pleasant. Dr. Olsen is very passionate and always has availability when I need an app for a sick visit.
