Unfortunately for me, I’ve had to visit Jeff’s shop twice since I’ve lived in Knoxville. He repaired pretty major body damage on my Honda Accord in 2013. Week before last, I brought him my Honda CR-V that needed an all new front right suspension, and he had it finished in exactly a week. His crew does excellent work, and they are very friendly. I’ve never had an issue after their repairs. If you need an auto body shop in Knoxville, look no further!
I had a fantastic experience with this shop. Not being from Knoxville, I had to hope that I was choosing a dependable body shop. My vehicle had some damage from being side-swiped. The service was excellent. The employees were all helpful and kind. Jeff was respectful and honest with a friendly demeanor.
