My daughter had her first cavity filled and it was an exceptional experience. The front staff, the dental assistance, the dental hygienist, and the doctor all treated my daughter with so much compassion and respect. They clearly explained what was going to happen in a way that she could understand. They made sure she was comfortable and ready to move forward through the whole process. I could not have been happier with the experience.
Staff was very pleasant! I am always very nervous at the dentist. They put me at ease. I was very comfortable during the entire exam.
My first visit to Gateway was very helpful and thorough. The staff was amazing, so kind and courteous with me and helped my anxiety about the dentist to be able to relax while I was there. They went over everything with me very thoroughly and came up with a good treatment plan for me going forward. So appreciative of Chelsea and Dr Carrera for their kindness and help!
Dr. Jonathan Carrera & the hygienist I had for my tooth extraction was excellent. My experience there was professional, calming, & awesome. Thanks again
