Title says it all, I never experience pain at Gateway....love the staff. I am a patient for life or at least as long as I live in Murfreesboro.
Very nice and professional
I went in today to have one of my back tooth extracted and have an implant put in place after several opinions. Dr. Erin reassure me that I will experience no pain. Sure enough, it was a wonderful experience and her staff was very comforting. I will continue with this practice--cosmetics dental is in the near furture for me as well. Top notch place and you won't regret this place.
Had a front crown break off on a business trip. Called Dr. Erwin’s office while traveling home. Got an appt the next morning. Tooth was not repairable so I was in surgery the next day for an implant. Dr. Erwin said “there will be no swelling or bruising “. She was correct and now she’s my dentist due to surgery post op was not painful at all. She’s true to her word. I love coming to Gateway Family dentistry. Everyone is so sweet and friendly. My appointments start on time, and they have me in and out quickly.
Great service and friendly staff.
I have had very bad expriences with other clinics, but with this one everything was smooth. I had a root canal and a crown on the same session, and I did not feel any pain. Yes, I was sedated, but they were timely fast and did not work on other patients while they wait for the anesthetic to take over and with long waiting that would go away. I was also surprised when they made the crown in the clinic so I do not need to have a temp one and wait for a month to get the permanent one.
Friendly, very thorough, well explained and I stoled a pen!!!!
