Valerie is an outstanding agent. In selling our parent's house, we went through a very complicated process due to the house being sold under a conservatorship. It required more paper work and reporting than usual per court requirements. Valerie did all that was required of her punctually and she did a great job of interacting with the buyers agents, escrow, and constantly filling me in on where the process was.
