Bought a truck two weeks ago with the promise of them fixing the driver mirror. They kept telling me they couldn’t find the part and were trying. So I call Dodge in Waco to find out not only do they have the part but THE GUY WORKING SAID JEFF HUNTER CALLED THEM LAST WEEK ANOUT IT AND HE TOLD THEM HE HAD IT IN STOCK . I had a good experience when I was buying my car. However, tying to get my car serviced is a nightmare. Canceled appointments, long wait times, and poor communication is only the beginning. I really feel like it’s a hey you bought the car great and now we are done with you. I regret buying from Toyota. The dealership just doesn’t care for you after you buy a car. �
