If I had the time and energy to get an oil change anywhere but the Waco location I would. Gus offered to verify what service was due at the current mileage but started rambling off fee after fee before verifying that my monthly payment includes a service package. For the last several visits, they had tried to charge me for service I already took care of and they are supposed to be monitoring this information. I bought my dream car, a 2017 Subaru WRX, from Jeff Hunter Toyota. The sale went really well. Myself and everyone involved in the transaction was straight forward and transparent. The sales person that I worked with was Phillip Gomez. No pressure from him. They offered me $500 above what I had in mind for my trade. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and the transaction went okay. The windshield needed to be replaced which they did. I was promised a full tank of gas and an oil change. This never happened. In fact, the vehicle interior was dirty and not even touched after we purchased it. The sales sticker was still in the window and there was tape on the windshield.
