I recently took my CX9 to Jeff Haas Mazda for regular scheduled maintenance. My consultant, Carlos Guzman, had the paperwork ready for me to sign when I drove up. My car was serviced (including a nice car wash) quickly, and I was on my way again. I can't say enough good things about the service department and especially Carlos Guzman. They are the best in Houston!
This is the 3rd car I have bought and still have 2 and going to buy a 4th for a birthday present. Jeff hass is a Great dealer and the Best Service advisor is Allan Hempel, Always takes the best care of me and others that I see when I am there.

i purchased my Mazda Tribute from Jeff Haas and hade service performed for life of the vehicle at JH. Carlos Guzman was service advisor and the main reason I used JH for service and repairs.
