Classic Mazda was the only dealership we considered visiting when, after weeks of looking online, we decided to trade in our Mazda CX-5 for a larger model. Gordon Pagano is "our" go to salesman. We purchased our CX5 from him and would only work with him when we recently bought our CX9. Knowledgeable, personable, no pressure, and just a pleasant person to meet. This is the second Mazda MX5 I have owned and have been taking it to Jeff Haas Mazda for service. Their service writers are outstanding individuals. On this last visit I was expecting to just drop off the vehicle but Todd Troublefield told me the service could be done while I waited. I had a simple oil change done along with an air filter replacement. My car was done as promised and any additional recommended service was discussed and explained thoroughly by Todd. I was one of the unfortunate ones that had my car caught up in an airbag arm recall. My car was parked from August 2016 until January 4th of this year! I was very upset and frustrated about the whole ordeal however, Patrick Tuminello kept in touch and when I called he was always so very helpful which calmed me during the traumatic situation.
