When it comes to service department, I recommend Aiesha Jones, as service writer. Her personality is superb. The dealer itself are all friendly and no pressure dealing with them.
I have been taking my Mazda here for service since purchasing it. They always take great care of me. My service writer, Allen Hempel, is one of the reasons I continue. He always treats me as a valued customer, suggests services that are due, and keeps me informed on progress when I wait.
I highly recommend Classic Mazda for your car needs. They are very professional and courteous. I like their no-haggle pricing since no dealership in the area can beat their prices. Phil Banh handled our car buying experience very well. Great guy. Classic Mazda does not haggle over prices, which, for me, is a plus. After some research, I felt the price they offered was fair. Additionally, the sale reps do not earn a commission based on the final price of the car, thus eliminating the push to build the "bottom line".
