Cynthia Ramirez in the Service department provided great service during a recent visit. She made sure the part was in stock before my appointment, found 2 recall items needing to be addressed and had those done as well. Plus she arranged a loaner car for me so I didn't have to sit and wait. Cynthia was very caring and friendly.
We purchased our first Mazda in 2005 from Jeff Haas Mazda and just recently purchased our 5th one from them! From the minute we walked in Charles Silmon took care of us and got us to the car we had came in to see. He made it super quick and easy and gave us a great deal! We will continue to go back to them each and every time we need a vehicle! The Mazda Family :)

The Service Staff at Jeff Haas Mazda have always been great. Keith Cline, Allan Hempel, Carloz Guzman and newest David Villarreal. I worked with David with a recall and an oil change. He noticed that I normally use synthetic so I'm glad he caught that. He also took time out to explain the importance of addressing a few maintenance items very very soon. They have taken great care of me and my 4 previous Mazda's!
As always Allan Hempel provided exemplary service. Allan has always greeted me professionally. He has always listened to my needs and worries about my Mazdas. He keeps informed of the status of my vehicle(s) whether I choose to wait or pick up later. Allan was my first Jeff Haas service advisor, and I look forward to many years of exemplary service. I went to Jeff Haas Mazda for an oil change. The experience was wonderful because of my service advisor, Todd Troublefield. I would definitely recommend family and friends to Jeff Haas but I would tell them to ask for Todd.

I purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership and had alot of trouble. First off the sales are friendly but after I purchase my car I notice alot of defects on the body. I didnt get to inspect if before I bought it because it was snowing that day but the next day saw some bad touch up jobs on the bumbers and several other defects.
