Julie Rose , service tech was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Service department was concise and fast.
I was greated by Julie Rose which guided me to were I needed to pay for the service I had purchase while waiting for the service to be completed I was instructed to go to the show room and wait until service was finish. I was surprise because it took a few minutes for the completion of the service on my vehicle and she was professional and right to the point , no time was wasted . I may have been at the facility less than 30 min and all the service and paper work was done during that time.
Awesome service. I needed to run to the post office by 12:00 pm and my car wasn't done and Kevin from the service department had someone drive me over. I had a dent on the bottom of my car and the pulled it. I was so surprised and happy...
Since 2001 I have been having my Mazdas serviced by Jeff Haas Mazda. I have also bought additional Mazdas from Jeff Haas Mazda. The service provided by Jeff Haas Mazda has always been excellent and what I have appreciated and expected. During these past 15 years, the very best service manager I have had is Alan Hempel. We purchased a Mazda 6 Touring this week. We found Classic Mazda to be fair and honest with their pricing. There was no haggling, thank you Chito the Manager. Our salesman was Mark Milberry. Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took his time going over every detail of the car after we purchased it and made certain we understood how everything worked. I bought my Cx5 at Classic Mazda & their service dept is the only one that I will take it to for oil change, services, etc. I have ALWAYS received excellent service. Julie Rose & Aiesha Jones are professional, understanding & go above and beyond to provide quality customer service. Highly recommended.
Julie Rose was great. Even though she was under the weather, she took care of me in a fast and friendly manner. She was responsive to calls and questions.
Ive been going to Jeff Haas Mazda for service since I found the dealership back in the 1990s. Prior to then I mostly had bad experiences at other service departments for non-Mazdas over the many years that Ive been in Houston. But at Jeff Haas I have had only good experiences.
