Absolutely the best. I am so blessed to have Dr. Flickinger managing my urological care. Professional, compassionate and skilled. The staff is friendly and efficient. We are so grateful to have a fantastic urologist to call on.

Waited in the packed office, during Covid, for an hour and a half! They said they like to do these procedures before they go to lunch. So, why not schedule it closer to lunch. My husband had just had surgery and waiting in those hard lobby chairs with masks on was not comfortable or necessary. The staff were friendly and apologetic. Had two surgeries performed by Dr Flickinger he was very informative in explaining just how they would be performed. I had no post surgery problems and the aftercare was great.
Nice doctor, terrible office staff. They sent my bills to the wrong address, sent me to collections, sent the same wrong address to the lab they used, with their bills to me also returned, which I later learned from the 2nd collection agency I've dealt with in 3 months. When I tried to straighten this out with Dr. Flickinger's office, they claimed not to even use this particular lab! One of my favorite doctors
I feel a sense of relief when Dr. Flickenger enters the room. He is so easy to talk to and he listens. He is very knowledgeable and he is kind and has a "do no harm" approach. I moved away from Knoxville but when I needed help deciding to have an operation I went back to Dr. Flickenger first. He is what everyone needs in a doctor.
Dr. Jeff Flickinger is a well educated and caring doctor. He has kept up with the new technology in his field. I have used him for years and highly recommend to family and friends.
