His office got me an appointment in a timely manner (it was hurting to walk so I'm thankful!), Doctor Finkenstaedt did a great job of explaining what was going to happen for my procedure and then doing just that. His staff was very kind, professional, and prompt. The post procedure instructions are clear and easy to follow. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone needing foot care!
