Jeff D’Ambrosio Alfa Romeo has the absolute best service guys - Tony and Mike. They are true professionals and make the dealership a great experience. I love my Alfa Romeo Giulia and completely trust Tony and Mike to service the car. They go out of their way, every time, to accommodate my needs and really make me feel like a valued customer. I’ve never felt this way about any other dealership service people!
I brought my SUV to be repaired and serviced and Mike took very good care of me. He was very prompt and kept me informed and would text me to let me know the status of my vehicle. He was very courteous and went over all the information with me regarding the service of the car. Every time I bring my vehicle to Jeff D’Ambrosio, the team, especially Mike, have been there to make me feel secure with the work that has been done on my car. I highly recommend going there for service. Thank you.
