RecommendedThe service department is great! I can always count on Mike & Tony to get me in and out quickly and the service crew to do a thorough job. Ray took care of some body work recently and again, these guys look out for me. I keep going back because I trust them to do an exceptional job and I'm never disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE They sold me a car that had the check engine light on. They said to my face that it was a glitch with the sensor but everything was fine. Turns out no, the coolant control valve was broken and needed replacing. I took the car back to them and they charged me $500 for the repair, despite the fact that this was an issue with the car prior to my purchase that they failed to warn me about. Good deal on my Xterra, just the model year I was looking for too and was in a bind but they made it effortless. No dealer tricks, no "sorry but thats not the head associate that gave you that price". Would do business with again, probably to buy one of their sweet motorcycles when I get more money.

Having motor issues with my Giulia Quadrifoglio for the second time. Maple Shade had replaced my motor this past Summer. I called this ALFA ROMEO dealership and they will not even look at my car while it is still under warranty! Awful customer service. DO NOT BUY ALFA ROMEO THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT ISSUES.
