Got to a car website online, and ended up at our local dealer Jeff D'Ambrosio. Found 2 cars of interest, called and set up a time to test drive the cars. Was very pleased that they had them still and the price online was cheaper then the price they said over the phone. They give an internet discount! We were pleasantly greeted by Dave and he already had the 2 vehicles we were interested up front and ready to go. I will refer all friends and even a stranger. Kudos
I bought from Jeff D’Ambrosio because they have a good reputation in the local community. I felt comfortable working with Mike. He sent emails in reguards to the car I was interested in. After a few email back and forth, we set an appointment to come in a test drive. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. He made my buying experience a pleasure. Thanks again Mike
Being our local dealer we felt we had to stop by and check what they had for offer. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most knowledgeable and polite salesman. I had test drove all day which was a nice change of pace. We ended up finding a suitable vehicle for us. At first the price was way out of our range but they went out of their way to get us the price we needed. Thanks to Mike we left that day, and we purchased from a local dealer. I recommend them.
Great salesman, great experience, great warranty. I am a fan of all of these qualities. I feel Jeff D'Ambrosio had them all. I am glad that I chose them, over any other dealer I have been too. They were top notch to me and my wife. I will definitely look forward to Service experience.
I am nothing but satisfied with my purchase. Seemed as if everything was smooth and pleasant. I even enjoyed the finance dept too. I must say that it is not to close to my house but it is worth the drive. I am happy with my new/used car from this dealer
I liked the way I was treated and best of all I like the price I got. I did do lots of shopping around even though thats so exhausting. I am confident I got the best price I could find for the car I wanted. When I made my decision I was very happy that it all went relatively fast with no bumps in the road. There was about 2 weeks where I was just thinking about it and I also liked how during that time I was not pressured.
I actually travel quite far to deal with Jeff D'Ambrosio in Downingtown. I started buying cars there a few years back and now I refuse to go anywhere but here. They always make sure I am happy and they always have a huge selection of cars to choose from. I never received my $100 refundable deposit back to hold a car from Brett Coe that I I was told I would receive if I was not going to get the car or after 3 weeks passed. I spoke with a manager on the situation and I was told I would receive a return phone call and my refund, however, they never responded.
