We were a little unhappy when we had to take our caravan in for service to find out it would cost a ton of money to get it back running. So we decided to see if they had a used van that would be more reasonable and running, instead of dumping 2800 dollars into a 10 year old van. We ended up finding a 3 year old van at a great deal. Glad they were so helpful with our situation. Came in for service and ended up in a new van. The process was simple and the staff was friendly. We recommend them.
Went in for a tire rotation, oil change and once again service was wonderful. I set my appointment dropped it off in the morning and it was ready when I got out of work. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I am glad that I chose to purchase locally and choose Jeff D’Ambrosio for all my car needs.
Searched the internet and found the car that interested us. So we made a trip to the local dealer in town, due to the friendly staff on the phone who encouraged us to come take a drive to make sure it was what we wanted. Ended up purchasing same day. Great overall experience financing was a lot easier than we had anticipated, because of our last experience with a dealership. Glad we stayed local.
Great location, modern and clean building . I enjoyed my salesmen and felt no pressure to buy. For me Chrysler sales itself. This is my third Chrysler and each one has been a great long lasting vehicle. Jeff D'Ambrosio has always had a great selection and a very knowledgeable and encouragement staff. When I test drive a car they encourage you to ask questions about the vehicle so you can become familiar with the car.
We have bought 3 vehicles here over the years. We have loved every one of them and Jeffery is awesome. Everyone here has met our needs and exceeded our standards. They have been a pleasure to do business with and look forward to doing more in the years to come.

We went in prepared to fight for what was agreed to by phone. We did not need to. Very honest people from sales to finance. They never tried to slip anything past me. In fact, they made the experience a pleasure. I would buy from again anytime.
Pleased to see that a friend who referred me was right on the money. She said she came to Jeff D'Ambrosio and was just looking and ended up getting a newer car for a cheaper monthly payment. So I thought I would do the same. Came in and was very pleased to get great friendly salesperson. They simply asked me why I was here and how could they help me. I told them my situation and that was all it took. Now I am the 2 person to get the same. 2 FOR 2! Great Job at delivering quality sales.
Great to go to a dealer with no hard pressure the first time in the door. This was so refreshing, they were very accommodating and extremely conscientious and, more importantly my sales man is still available after the purchase I made, to answer questions regarding my new car such as garage programming and incidentals.
