Very friendly staff, my 9 yr old stepped on something and had it lodged in his foot, Dr Kopelman calmed his fears and was very gentle with him. Have already recommended him to others!
Didn't treat me as an intelligent informed patient. His ultrasound machine didn't work. I left with a called in script that he didn't explain except to sound magic for curing my ailment. I chose dr Kopelman because a past experience at All Orthopedic was excellent for a lower back injury. In what I would consider an opt out approach they placed an insert in my shoe without explaining its benefits based on my ailment and then charged me $85 on check out. I think he should have explained before
