I have never been more disappointed in med care. He's not a Dr nor is he a nurse practitioner. His care lead to 2 strokes and wks in hospital. Then labeled me hostile. Was rude to my daughter told her to shut up when she ask to talk a bout my condition.

I always liked Jeff I will miss him. He was very good and a good person.
JEFF IS AMAZING! HIS NURSES ARE AMAZING. I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE COMFORTABLE WITH A HEALTHCARE TEAM. HE LISTENS.
