Absolutely horrible service. This is the same dealership I purchased my car from, which makes it even more disappointing. I dropped my car off the night before a 7:00 AM appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake vibration check—and left a note asking for a call with an estimate. I never heard from anyone. Purchased my 2026 Willy’s Jeep here! It was a 15 out of 10 experience! Kevin and Peter were VERY patient with me! First I had to decide which Jeep model I wanted ( a lot of test drives😬) and then deciding what color I liked!
