Fantastic company and very reliable. They really helped us when we got into a jam with several leaks after heavy rains. They came out right away and were completely accommodating. Their team was professional and highly skilled Both in the office and in the field. Very communicative and responsive when you call. They do great work and have a great reputation in South Florida. Would not hesitate to choose them as a roofing company. They have done repairs for me and my family as well as new roofs over the years.
Had a dispute about time confusion. Property manager did not convey the time the roofers were supposed to be out and we were confused about having an 8:30am arrival of workers. Instead of practicing conflict resolution, the lady on the phone at the office chose to be nasty, even chuckling at one point when I stepped in to try and resolve the situation. He is the best contractor we've worked with in South Florida and we recommend this company to all our friends and neighbors.
