if possible i would give it a negitive number. This place has been a nightmare for me. i ordered parts for my jeep in the excess of $385.00, they took my money semt me an email weeks ago saying order placed and here it is weeks later and there is still no word on where my order is or what the status of it is, nothing. I have called the so called customer service number 800-511-8645 and it is disconnected. I have emailed them numerout times and NO replies. All they did was take my money and left me high and dry. I’d give jeepworld.com a zero if it was available. Tried contacting customer support at this number 800-511-8645 numerous times and it’s been disconnected.  This place is the scum of the earth

Placed an order, money deducted immediately from my account, NO MERCHANDISE! NO RETURN PHONE CALLS! NO RETURN EMAILS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

Be careful with these guys and what you order. I ordered mats that had a picture of the front and back. My order showed front and back. My email confirmation when shipped showed front and back were coming. I received the order and only the back was in the box that they charged $40 to ship. I emailed CS and they informed me I only ordered the front. I checked, after reading it 5 times I saw "front mats". So technically they are correct. Very disappointed. Won't order from them again.
