I have to say I read the bad reviews first as I always do because I want to see what people complain about. I still went because there pictures were the style I was going for. And the guy I spoke to over the phone was really nice. I went there to get the work done. I left my truck and I have to say Oscar and the guy I was talking to over. the phone was amazing. 5 stars all the way. And those one star reviews I think are just Karen's, Miserable people. I Brought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited On 02/13/2024 to Jeepers 4X4 on 953 Mercy Drive Orlando, FL I wanted to do some upgrades like front and rear shocks a tuneup an alignment. He also pointed out to me some other things that I should get done. I told him that I used to live in Orlando but I had just moved to Connecticut and I was in Orlando for a week to finalize some personal things and get my Jeep prepare to have it shipped by a auto transport company. Finding an honest mechanic is like finding gold, and Jeepers is the real deal. On my JK they've done my brakes, fixed my thermostat and handled a rear main replacement, and throughout all of the work and all of my dealings with them, they've been honest, direct and fairly priced. They have a real pride and passion for their work, and it shows. I can't say enough good about them.
Finally, find a place that really respects and takes care customers. After 3 different shops, that never care about service Oscar really takes care. Oscar takes his time to explains how the service goes in my Jeep. I can FINALLY say that now I really have a ride! This is definitely my only place to bring my vehicle for service. Quality, reliability and fantastic price. Thanks Oscar
