Great service! One thing that reveals the character of any organization is how they handle problems. Problems inevitably occur from time to time and when things get delayed, these folks work as a team and went above and beyond in taking care of me. KUDOS! Nice to work with these guys!
My wife called to schedule an appointment for our lease return and she was able to without a problem. I came to drop off the lease and Marisol handled the process without a hitch. I would definitely bring my business here! I guess there is a dealer left with integrity.
“I had a very disappointing experience with this Jeep service center. I brought my car in last week for repairs, but even after multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received any clear update. Every day, they just push the timeline, saying they’ll get back to me tomorrow. The lack of communication and delays have been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this service center to anyone looking for timely or reliable repairs.”
Dont buy a vehicle here i bought two for my company and i can thoroughly tell you to not come here
