The service advisors are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there have been issues with the vehicle service but usually Bergstrom takes care of the customer. Sometimes I was left feeling like I received less than desirable service. Overall on the numerous times I've visited four oil changes, routine maintenance, or actual issues, I have had a good and positive experience at Bergstrom Kaukauna.
