Went yesterday about 1:30pm for lunch for the first time in a while. When we walked in nobody was there to greet us or tell us if we could just sit wherever we wanted. Finally someone came to the front and sat us right next to three dirty tables two of which were covered with stuff. Besides my boyfriend and me there we two other single tables and about five people at the bar. Forgot our drinks and claimed they ran out of cups, so that took 10 minutes. Ordered Coke/Pepsi and received Diet. The waitress argued with us that it was regular. Pretty sure she brought back my same cup because it was diet again. I gave up at this point, not worth the effort to be argued with. Food was ok, it is mainly bar style food anyways. Definitely not something to race back to enjoy.
Tonight was the 2nd time I was at this location. Service was slow, apps came out right before the food, which half was wrong. Sent it back and it was still incorrect.
We usually love Jeds. Ordered to go. Didn’t get the sauce we requested. Ranch was different and so salty we couldn’t even eat it. The fireballs weren’t as good as usual. Date night in fail. 🙁

Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN. The taste of pickels does not come off the chicken- disappoined.
Last two times we’ve went in, it’s taken 40+ minutes to get some fireballs
