I've always loved this restaurant for years, especially now because of the things they do for the children and food and service is awesome, and because my granddaughter loves the Characters Cartoon hope all can go there.
Steak was stringy, broccoli and cheese was very different. Ice cream seemed freezer burned. The older servers seemed to be disrespectful to the younger ones. Older lady came to our table with a small attitude. Wont be back!
Terrible restaurant! Management attitude when we last ate there was VERY condescending, and the server was far from friendly. I’m shocked that this place is still open, based on all the negative reviews I see that have amassed over time. Every time someone mentions this place in any conversation, I always have to hold back from vomiting just so I can share my and my daughter’s final experience there that drove us away. They need to close - they DO NOT know how to handle their staff or their customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Great place ,good food ,and great seevice
I will only go back for breakfast . The waitstaff in the evening is horrible . My husband and I went for dinner around 4 pm our server was under the influence of something . Her eyes were barely open and speech was slurred . We could barely understand her . I witnessed her pulling prescription bottles out of her purse and take pills behind the counter.
