NEGATIVE overall experience. Too many factors, but bottom line is, owner is a gruff old man who is rough on your appliances, and clearly has a chip on his shoulder about numerous deals. I believe he likely is competent, but good lord his attitude, and then the lying the company did gives me an overall bad taste and would not use them again.
