July 2022 I was positive for Covid so I had to reschedule my ANNUAL. When doing so they told me they had nothing in the EG location until April 2023!!! Frustrated but I took the appt. I just called to confirm and they have no record of my appt nor do they have any openings in the EG LOCATION until next year ONCE AGAIN!!! The receptionist didn’t even try to accommodate me into the EG office seeing as though it was their mistake. I love this doctor but I can’t deal with an unorganized front desk.
