I had a terrible experience with Dr. Strathearn, so bad that it was years before I sought another dentist. I would never go back to her practice nor will I recommend anyone to her. She’s arrogant, making assumptions which were indeed wrong and speaking to me as though I were beneath her. If you are unlucky enough to see her, definitely speak up for yourself, and leave a review. People like her get away with behaving like a jerk when no one speaks up.
My experience was extremely positive. From the initial phone call to schedule and appointment (the administrative team was very efficient in explaining what would & would not be done at the initial visit), to my experience in the chair, all was positive. Treatment was explained thoroughly as well as treatment options that would fit my needs. I highly recommend this practice.
