Love Dr. Bishop... however, spent 17 minutes trying to cancel my mom's tomorrow appointment and was unable to as I was continually transferred to the wrong department and left on hold. 5 stars for Jeannie Bishop, 1 star for Upstates increasing efforts to complicate systems and eliminate employees. You can do better.
