No concept of customer service, rude and inappropriate, seemed to be drinking before meeting during the day. Would not due business with her again.
Was in contact with Jeanmarie brefily (long enough to back out quickly) and was entirely blindsided by her disrespect and shortcomings, I won't be back and can't recommend the services she portrays to offer. Too many A+ people in her field to accept a lower standard, rude, brief and short conversations. I cannot recommend and will never be back. Steer clear.
Jean Marie is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is more than efficient in finding what serious clients are looking for. She wastes no time looking out for what's best for the people she works with. I would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone looking to buy or sell their home.
