I cannot recommend Austin Jain-Conti enough! Working with him over the past few months has been instrumental in helping me navigate some truly difficult times. He is compassionate, insightful, and creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard.
I have been working with Jessica for a year and a half and I can say that ,without a doubt, she has helped me make huge changes in my life. I’ve worked with a dozen therapists throughout my life but none of them stuck. No one challenged me or my way of thinking the way that Jessica does. I am very thankful and highly recommend her and the practice.
I honestly cannot say enough how much Julia helped me. I was going through my parents divorce, job loss, feeling exhausted. She helped me see the bigger picture. Her voice was calm and kind. Wouldn’t be who I am right now without her. Who knows where I would be!
Cerita was wonderful in leading this group therapy session. It gave me a safe space to heal and reveal what I have experienced by listening to other black women!
