I was in Jeanes ER today and I must say, it was a great experience I received! The best care by the ER staff! When I got there I was in so much pain from a condition I have and was in tears waiting to be called back, when a male nurse named Chris saw me and took me back to find a room that was opened and asked the ER DR. If I could have pain meds! Everyone there was so thoughtful to me and made me comfortable! When I got into a room another male nurse Kyle kept up with great care I received! This is the worst emergency department they are really rude and they don’t really care making you wait a long time to see you .. I will never recommend anyone to come here.
This has been one of the worst emergency room experiences I’ve ever had. My father was in severe pain, and despite repeatedly informing staff we were left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time with no urgency or communication. No updates no compassion no sense of responsibility. An emergency room should prioritize patients who are clearly suffering. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism. Everyone got attitude here.
