This has been one of the worst emergency room experiences I’ve ever had. My father was in severe pain, and despite repeatedly informing staff we were left waiting for an unacceptable amount of time with no urgency or communication. No updates no compassion no sense of responsibility. An emergency room should prioritize patients who are clearly suffering. Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism. Everyone got attitude here.
This place sucks. They make you wait even when the doctor is not even available. My appt for 3 pm, I arrived at at 2:40. The audacity to tell the waiting patients it will be another hour. If you deal with temple try the hospital. Better yet consider changing completely. The orthopedics dept have nothing but rude recep t ions, some don't even have the decency to look at you when checking you. It almost seems they don't want to be there
A terrible experience, took 4 hrs for some motrin , got admitted and never got a room, saw one dr and a nurse that checked on my 1 maybe 2 times in 24hrs. Never got me food in the 24 hrs there. I wouldn't send my worse enemy there. Got released to soon also. Back and admitted in a different hospital, not one person listen to my lungs! I had pnemonia. Stay away if you can
