Dr. Ung was great. She takes the time to explain every option - including pros and cons. She then makes a recommendation as to the best option but not until she explained why.
I have never written a review but had such a good experience today I just had to write this. I saw Dr Ung today for precautionary exam. Hands down she is an awesome doctor. Dr. Ung is Awesome! I was referred to her by my primary physician. I wished I had gone to her sooner instead of waiting. Dr. Ung is very kind, professional, so easy to talk to and calming to be around. She made me feel at ease when I was nervous about having a bladder procedure. I didn't feel rushed even though I asked several questions before deciding if I was going to go schedule the procedure. She is worth the wait for an appointment. You won't be disappointed.
Dr. Ung was referred to my by my primary care physician. I've only been to her once, and I wasn't sure how I felt about a female doctor giving me a prostate exam, but she was very professional, and so much better than several of the past male doctors performing the same checkup. She made me feel very comfortable, and I had no issues with her at all. So, if you get past the issue of having a female doctor, I recommend her highly. I'll be going back.
Dr. Ung is very professional. She listens to your concerns and needs and works with you to arrive at the very best treatment option. I had a very bad experience with another urologist who would not listen to me and insisted I needed immediate biopsy with a temporary stent. Dr. Ung re-tested. The new tests did not show that I needed immediate biopsy. Her approach is to re-test in several months to watch it. Highly recommend Dr. Ung.

Dr. Ung provides all options that are available to individual for the urological conditions that apply. She titrates to the most effective, least invasive procedure or medication and works with the patient from there until the solution is achieved.

Dr Ung is THE BEST! She explains everything & always has as many different options as she can to help solve the problem including calling in experts who are friends to have a 2nd look as to why things are happening to try to prevent proplems rather than always treating a problem.
