Dr Ung always listens to any problems or concerns I might have and gets my input before making a decision on treatment/care. She is a wonderful caring doctor. Duly is very fortunate to have her on staff.

I LEFT THIS PRACTICE IN TEARS FROM TRUE UN-PROFESSIONALISM. I was urinating blood... something that had never happened to me before and I was horrified. I had just recently recovered from a moderate case of COVID and thought that perhaps the virus had greatly affected my kidneys. I am unhappy with the denial to see me by Dr. Ung. I drove 1 hour and 10 minutes to be at my appointment. I was told to do an infra red test on my forehead. As I have at other locations with Northwest Medicine I asked to do my wrist which is as good or better. The lady there said no only the forehead and she said the Doctor said the same? I am in agreement to be tested just not the forehead. I was told no forehead no appointment. I will go to a Northwest Medicine Urologist. No patient courtesy or help.
