She spent time with me and was so willing to answer all my questions’
Dont think she has a good bed side manner did not read my charts before coming in with my case several things going on and seeing several specialists maybe she had a bad day but need show more concern and be friendly being if the medical field we as pacients are sick and frustrated and a doctor should know that
Dr. Hermsen was very thorough in her examination, detailed in the diagnosis, and clearly outlined remedial actions necessary to address my voice shortcomings. Throughout the process, she demonstrated a willingness to take the time to listen to my concerns. Very professional in her overall mannerisms.
Dr. Hermsen was incredible. She was calm and very thorough in talking me through treatment and the process of surgery, as well as answering all of my questions. I feel I am in capable hands, which is such a relief after a scary diagnosis.
