Don't bother..unresponsive after 3 separate attempts to speak with a representative (and not their answering service).. not sure if they are still in business or just don't care. Keep looking...
Echoing the other negative reviews here. I was curious to see what others said about them. Not happy with their services and it feels like they choose the cheapest options to fix things. There's a Yelp page under Bates Jean & Associates that has more negative reviews.
