Be upfront with charges, i.e. refraction charge of $44.00!!!! Not told I have would have to pay this. Also, your website should list what insurances you participate with!!!
Had Cataract surgery on both eyes. and Dr. Taylor Smith did the surgery. I have 2020 vision in both eyes now. Dr. Smith did a superb job.
What a wonderful experience!! The doctors and staff are so sweet and accommodating, as well as helpful and truly care about their patients. I will definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for eye care around the greater Jackson area!
They are so very nice and doctors are very good and quick with their patients
the only thing wrong is they need a golf cart to take you back and forth to and from your car it's a long walk
Love my doctor but not the 2 1/2 hours it takes to get in and out. Then I have to drive an hour. Stop overbooking or be on time. I was.
They have the sweetest staff and the people in the eye glass shop are so great to work with. They have a lot of patients especially with kids!
