I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith (Madison location) for ~15 years. Our vision insurance company changed for a couple years during this time and JEA didn’t accept it. I went to another eye care provider, but when our insurance went back to the previous company, I went right back to Philip! He’s very nice, patient, and down to earth. My two daughters and my late parents were also his patients. We always received great care. Brenda in the Optical Boutique is SO helpful and kind! The office staff is also great!
