I had my motorhome serviced by JD's, and when I picked it up I questioned ("I think we got a problem") the type of oil that was used, as it wasn't what was shown in the manual - to which the owner came out and said that is what I asked for (which I didn't) and said they use in everything - to which I again responded that the manual showed something different.
