My feet are tiny and sore. I have arthritis and I am overweight so taking care of my feet is important to me. The older I get the more I see the benefit in investing in good quality shoes. With this comes shoe repairs and adjustments to what has the potential to be the perfect shoe. It's such a blessing to me to have the support and knowledge of the staff and especially Julie. I value supportive people and I absolutely trust Julie's knowledge. I may be biased but my experiences have been above and beyond my expectations.
I will take my Frye boots nowhere else for help. And JD herself just fixed up a pair of hopeless huraches herself for free after the initial fix failed. There's always a bit of a wait to get them back, but quality takes time. I most consistently recommend this business more than any other in Portland. �
JD's crew fixed my favorite Queen Bee purse that I've had for about 15 years. It's a one of a kind: it holds a 45 record behind clear plastic and it's absolutely unique. I was crushed when it started falling apart. JD called me herself to tell me she was pretty confident they could save it. I live in MD and just got it back in the mail today. It's absolutely perfect! They did an amazing job and I could not be happier. Thank you!!!

Just picked up my work boots, re stitch and had a piece of leather added to the back side of the boots, now there have a new integrity to their step, thanks for a great job
I cried over my crushed/ruined shoe today. JD'S fixed it with know how, willingness, and excellent attitudes and service. They saved my shoe, in less than 10 minutes . They charged barely anything. Highly recommended them and I'll be back! Do they dye shoes?
