Not honest or fair! Did not fix my car but made it worse and wanted me to leave it there so he could charge more to fix what he did not fix in the first place.

If you were un-happy, you shouldve left it and let Jamie figure out what was wrong. Sorry you were not satisfied. We do our best to take care of ALL of customers which includes being honest and fair. Sorry that you felt you werent treated that way!!!
