I've been renting from John (owner of JDR real estate)for about 2 years now and I've had nothing but wonderful service thus far. I decided to write this review today to demonstrate my appreciation for his showing up personally to plunge my toilet and help me avoid a plumbing charge. Thanks John!
My wife and I rented a JDR managed property in 2019, we had a great experience with responsiveness and courtesy. During our tenure, we went through a new furnace install, a new oven install, and new flooring in the kitchen and living room. All the work was well communicated and the upgrades to the home made us feel more at home. Thanks JDR team.
The last few years we rented through JDR and only moved since we purchased a home. If we hadn't purchased a home we would still be with them. From the beginning, and throughout our rental, JDR provided us good service, good communication and always took care of any service requests quickly and effectively. I would recommend JDR to anyone in the SLO area looking for a place to rent.
