They don't abide by new law and charge less or same amount as monthly rent, for deposit. They should be reported, and will be. How sad. . Companies like you, keep the public from living. You don't need a 4000 deposit for a place you charge 2400 a month for lol GET REAL! .
Untrustworthy and impossible to reach. Seth Leigan is not a good person and not a man of his word. If I ever had an issue I had to call at least 9-12 times before getting a response from Seth. He doesn’t care about his renters and is a highly unprofessional. Not to mention he kept my entire deposit and charged a $900 cleaning fee when i paid to have the house professionally cleaned and the Carpets professionally cleaned as well before moving out.
