We are currently living with JD McCormick (not by choice, as they took over for JSM after we signed with them), and have had nothing but unreceptive and unprofessional experiences with management. Requests made when the lease was signed, and then were recommunicated at the beginning of the lease were told they would be honored, only for them to go back on their word 2 months into the semester. If I could give 0 stars, I would as we have had no positive experiences with this management.

I lived in a property managed by JD McCormick, and the interactions with this company were overall negative. Slow to communicate and slow to respond to needs, I was often snowed in the parking lot and the pipes in our apartment even froze. After my lease ended, charges were withdrawn from my security deposit for cleaning that is a normal part of turnover. The maintenance crew was terrific, but the management has room for improvement.
If don't want to lose your security deposit, don't sign with them!! My group of guys lived in a property managed by a different company but halfway through the year JD took over. We never signed with JD, but apparently they can do that. The issue was we were expecting to be treated like we signed with the old company because that's who we signed with.
