Super fast service and very nice job at a fair price. Communicated with me all throughout the process since I live out of town.
Terrible. They "fixed" a leak in my roof, and after I repaired my ceiling, it leaked again. They came back out and told me I needed a whole new roof. When I questioned whether I really needed an entire new roof, the owner became surly and hostile, and I never heard from them again.

This is JD, I have never met you or been to the property. Our records show that Jerry Prager came in Feb and then Daniel Hodges in July. Also wanting to be fair here is the contract you signed where we clearly state their is no warranty, this is to fix what we see, FIRST step in the process etc... Did you sign that? However, we still sent Daniel out in July, 5 months after the small repair, at no charge. Our notes clearly state "new roof advised". It also states we were there in the rain to help out. They installed my roof 4 years ago and I have been very pleased with the results. The staff were prompt and efficient. My only complaint is that a few nails and shingles were left, but most of them were removed from my property. Now that I'm getting ready to sell this house, the attractive roof should be a selling feature.
They were very timely, organized, and honest. Months after the installation I had an issue that required JDs attention. He came out that very day and corrected the issue. I was impressed.
Very happy with JD Roof. They treated me respectfully & explained the process patiently. I had 3 estimates for a roof (complete tear-off with some wood replacement). JD Roof was not the cheapest, but they were reasonable. Michael Miller was our estimator/sales person. He was there when he said he would be & answered questions honestly. My new roof looks great, the folks at JD did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the clean up after the roof was installed. I have dogs and was concerned about nails in the yard but when they were finished there was nothing from the installation that was left in the yard.
Wow! What a pleasure to do business with JDRoof! In this age of electronic everything, we actually got to speak with real people! They answered and returned our calls right away and kept us updated on the work-in-progress...and once it stopped raining long enough for them to get the job done, they were on it!
