Very disappointed in JD Roof customer service. One of their people came out for an estimate. He told me that he would email me the estimate in a day or two. It's now 10 days later and I have not received anything. I've called 3 times. Twice i've spoken to someone who promises to, "find out what's going on and call me right back" - and no one calls me back. Zach and team were awesome. Work ethic and workmanship were terrific and I have already recommended to friends and family.
Everyone is always so nice and go out of their way to make me feel important. Its crucial when I consider a company that I feel like they are taking time to listen and "look" at me... I can't afford to be just another "number". When I hire someone I need them to be a partner in business where it is a win win for us both. I get good quality work and they make a fair profit. A+ JD!
JD Roofing did an outstanding job for my home in Germantown. They were fast and cleanup was thorough. They also took excellent care of a large leak stain inside. Zach was a great business partner and I recommend that you ask for him!
